As consumers of healthcare, patients are our “customers”. We strongly believe that patients should be involved in shaping our services. We have developed a consistent and targeted approach to patient engagement which practices and patients have actively been involved in. We use both quantitative and qualitative tools to routinely evaluate patient priorities and follow a structured process for filtering and implementing services that are both feasible and of high priority. Our mantra of “Action, not minutes” resonates well with our patients who are an invaluable source in shaping how they wish to be served.
