Clinicians as leaders
When working with IHP, clinicians are always in the driving seat. Healthcare is provided by professionals rather than a factory with central control. It is the interaction with the clinicians that patients care about. Hence, service decisions must be devolved to clinicians.
Empowering patients
We strive to in empower patients and their carers so they can participate in decision-making regarding treatment and recovery. We give them the information that enables them to understand the rationale behind their treatment plan and to make properly informed choices.
Raising the bar
We constantly challenge ourselves to improve the standard in the delivery of healthcare in every situation, so that outcomes are improved and high standards are set.
Seamless information
Our patients want excellent care when and where they need it. This calls for consolidated information. We capture and share the relevant information that clinicians need to make better patient care decisions. Our journey here has just started as we await national guidelines.
